The relevant credentials and certificates of the international students are both important certificates of their personal identity and certifying documents of their right to the services provided by the campus public service system. The credentials and certificates of the international students include Campus Card, Certificate of Enrollment, Academic Transcript and Course Completion Certificate.

1. Campus Card

The Public Service Center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics is responsible for the issuance of the Campus Card to the registered international students and the refunding of the Campus Card when the students leave school. The Campus Card also serves as a campus consumer card, dorm access card, and electricity charge card. The Public Service Center takes care of the reissuance of the Campus Card and collects the corresponding fee in case the student has lost his card.

2. Certificate of Enrollment

The Student Affairs Department of the International Cultural Exchange College handles the issuance of the Certificate of Enrollment, with a charge of RMB10.

3. Academic Transcript

The Education Department of the International Cultural Exchange College handles the issuance of the Academic Transcript for the international advanced students, with a charge of RMB10.

4. Course Completion Certificate

The international advanced student may obtain their Course Completion Certificate at the Business Chinese Department or the Education Department of the International Cultural Exchange College after having completed all the course requirements and after having undergone all the school-leaving formalities at the end of the school term.

5. Certificate of Graduation in English

 The Certificate of Graduation issued to the international student at his graduation is written in Chinese. Where an English version of the Certificate of Graduation is requested, the student may have the certificate translated into English using the ‘Certificate Translation Template’ on the Archive Webpage before having the translated certificate checked and sealed by the Archive Center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The corresponding cost involved shall be undertaken by the student.
